The vision report is being considered by municipal council and will be used during the preparation of the Master Plan.

Our Goal: "To develop a better understanding of ground and surface water resources in Chelsea that will inform municipal planning and management decisions."

ACRE (Action Chelsea for Respect of the Environment) is a non-profit organization made up of concerned citizens working towards an environmentally-healthy community.
ACRE works to protect the ecological integrity of Chelsea Québec, and to increase understanding and awareness of ecological integrity and its importance in enhancing our quality of life.

Centre des arts, de la culture et du patrimoine de Chelsea
The Chelsea Art, Culture and Heritage Centre has several objectives, including transforming the St. Stephen's Rectory into a venue for exhibition and cultural activities, and to promote the conservation, interpretation and enhancement of Chelsea's heritage.
The Centre will first enable creators, writers, historians, musicians, artists and artisans to have access to a venue to pursue their work, and secondly be a place for the community to enjoy cultural and heritage activities. By participating in this fundraiser, you will also be promoting artistic, cultural and heritage development in Chelsea.
Let's make Chelsea even more beautiful! --The profits from this fundraiser will go in part to the development of new floral gardens at the Centre, during the summer of 2010. This project will position the Centre as a focal point in the contest organized by Les Fleurons du Québec.

Par ailleurs, le Centre des arts, de la culture et du patrimoine de Chelsea a plusieurs objectifs dont celui de transformer le presbytère St-Stephen en lieu d’exposition et d’animation culturelle, et de voir à la conservation, l'interprétation et la mise en valeur du patrimoine de Chelsea.
Le Centre permettra d'une part aux créateurs, auteurs, historiens, musiciens, artistes et artisans d'avoir accès à un lieu de diffusion de leur passion, et d'autre part à la communauté de jouir de diverses activités culturelles et patrimoniales. Ainsi en participant à ce cocktail-bénéfice, c’est aussi au développement artistique, culturel et patrimonial de Chelsea que vous participez.
Embellissons encore plus Chelsea -- Les profits tirés de ce premier cocktail-bénéfice serviront entre autres à l'élaboration des nouveaux jardins floraux du Centre au cours de l'été 2010. Ce projet permettra de positionner le Centre comme point focal dans le cadre du concours floral organisé par Les Fleurons du Québec.
